Virginia Magdalena Waclawik

Virginia Magdalena Waclawik (née Richter), 89, Ft. Wright, formerly of Mesa, Arizona, passed away on Sunday, July 19, 2026, at Rosedale Green. She was a retired food service manager.

Virginia found joy in life’s simple beauties. She delighted in watching birds and cultivating her plants, embracing the serenity and wonder found in nature. Her greatest happiness, however, was found in the visits spent with her grandchildren.

A loving and devoted wife, Virginia was preceded in death by her beloved husband, John Paul Waclawik Sr and parents, Stephen and Magdalena Richter.

Virginia is survived by her loving daughter, Lisa Fulmer of Fort Wright; son, John Paul (Karen) Waclawik Jr. of Mesa, AZ; sisters, Mary Kay Lanz of Minneapolis, MN and Donna Jacobs of Detroit Lakes, MN; grandchildren, Maggie Fulmer and Logan Fulmer.

Services are private and at the convenience of the family.
