Patricia Lee Miller

July 11, 1953 — May 9, 2025

Villa Hills, Kentucky

Patricia (Patti) Lee Miller, born July 11, 1953, left this world on May 9, 2025, after a life spent fiercely loving her family, protecting what mattered, and offering steady strength without needing recognition.

She was raised in Ludlow, Kentucky, and lived in Villa Hills for most of her life.

Patti was the kind of woman who didn’t ask for attention but earned deep respect. She was quiet in her resolve, strong in ways most people never saw, and dependable in all the moments that mattered. She didn’t go for frills or fuss — she was the foundation, the one you turned to when things fell apart, and the steady hand that kept everything together. She was our rock.

She worked for many years at prestigious companies including Central Trust/PNC Bank, Procter & Gamble, and Huff Realty, where her work ethic and attention to detail left a lasting impression.

Patti adored animals, loved to cook, was an avid seamstress, and enjoyed watching CNN nonstop, never missing a beat on what was happening in the world (for better or worse).

But nothing in her life held her heart the way her grandsons did. Zach, Leo, and Eli were her pride, her joy, and her greatest comfort. Everything she did, she did with them in mind.

She is survived by her two daughters, Angela Brooks (and her husband James and son Zach) and Abigail Miller (and her sons Leo and Eli); her sisters Sue Brown (and her husband Garry) and Becky Mobley; and a circle of family and friends who loved her deeply.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Clifford and Virginia Miller.

She never wanted a spotlight—just a little peace and for the people she loved to be okay. We hope she knows we’ll do our best to honor that.

A graveside service will be held Saturday, May 17 at 11:00 a.m. at Highland Cemetery in Fort Mitchell. Arrangements are being handled by Ronald B. Jones Funeral Home in Ludlow, Kentucky.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Stray Animal Adoption Program (SAAP), a cause close to her heart.

She was and always will be immensely loved.
