Lydia Ann Miller, 93, of Fort Mitchell, KY, passed away peacefully on November 13, 2025, at Cold Springs Transitional Care. Born on March 15, 1932, in Cincinnati, Ohio, Lydia was the beloved daughter of Vincenzo and Florence (Enwright) Fanesi.
Lydia's professional journey led her to become a respected sales associate with Estee Lauder, where her passion for beauty and customer service shone brightly. Known for her warm smile and dedication to her work, she made lasting connections with many throughout her career.
A vibrant member of her community, Lydia was not only an accomplished professional but also a pioneer in her own right. She was an original member and first female board member of the Beechwood Swim Club, breaking barriers and paving the way for future generations. Her commitment to her local community extended beyond her professional life, as she embraced the spirit of togetherness and collaboration.
In addition to her impressive career and community involvement, Lydia had a zest for life that was evidenced by her love of travel. She particularly cherished moments spent at the beach, especially in Sarasota and Siesta Key, where she found peace and joy in the sun, sand, and surf.
Lydia is survived by her loving children, Jeff (Julie) Miller, Tina Miller, Joe (Carolyn) Miller, Rodney (Terri) Miller, Larry Miller, and Michael (Brandy) Miller; grandchildren, Abbie (Jeremy) Loftice, Sam (Beth) Miller, Claire (Colin) McCall, Casey Miller, Joey Miller, Jacob Miller, Alley (Sam) Badran, Jackie (James) Sparks, Lily Miller, Alex Miller, Kendall Miller, Trey Miller, Michaela (Brendan) Pearson, Espen Miller and 18 great grandchildren. Her family, deeply influenced by her kindness and unwavering support, will forever cherish the memories they created together.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Vincenzo and Florence Fanesi, who instilled in her the values of hard work and compassion, Donald Miller, her husband, and grand-daughter, Sarah (Adam) Hopkins.
A visitation will be held on Monday, December 29, 2025, from 9:00 AM until the hour of Mass at 10:00 AM at Blessed Sacrament Roman Catholic Church, located at 2409 Dixie Hwy, Fort Mitchell, KY. The burial will take place at Highland Cemetery.
