Gina Marie Pranger

Gina Marie Pranger, born on October 13th, 1969, in Covington, KY, passed away unexpectantly on December 5th, 2025, in Florence, KY. Gina was a beloved mother and partner, cherished for her unwavering love for her family.

Gina had a strong passion and love for cooking as well. Throughout her life, Gina became the chef/co-owner of Karlos Bistro Italia where she was able to showcase her gourmet cooking skills and continue to do what she enjoys best, other than spend time with her family. She was also able to make many acquaintances and close relationships to a variety of people through this line of work, leaving lasting impressions on all who met her. 

Gina was a person of deep love and light, especially towards her children, whom she adored more than anything. She found immense joy in their lives and enjoyed creating memories with her family any time she was able. As a member of 7 Hills Church, Gina was also a spiritual person who tried to comfort and see the potential good in everyone.

Gina is survived by her daughters, Samantha McCain, Paige Farrell, Olivia Pranger, and Riley Moody, as well as her partner of 23 years, Scott Moody. Each of them carries a piece of Gina’s heart and will forever remember her love, strength, and the cherished moments they shared.

In remembrance of Gina's life, a visitation will be held on December 12th, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM followed by a memorial service at 10:00 AM all at Ronald B. Jones Funeral Home, located at 316 Elm St, Ludlow, KY 41016.

Gina Marie Pranger's legacy of love, joy, and positivity she brought into the lives of those around her will continue to resonate in their hearts for years to come. She will be dearly missed and fondly remembered.
