Donna M. Eckhart

Donna Marie Eckhart (née Allen), born November 23, 1953, in Cincinnati, OH, passed away October 13, 2025, at St. Elizabeth Healthcare Hospice. 

Donna is survived by her loving son, Kevin (Amie); brother, Gerald (Jerry) Allen; sister, Theresa Fettig; four grandchildren: Micah, Joselyn, Tessa, Isaiah. 

She is preceded in death by her father, Carl W. Allen, brother, Carl J. Allen, and mother, Helen M. Allen.

Visitation will be held at Ronald B. Jones Funeral Home, 316 Elm St., Ludlow, KY 41016 on October 22, 2025, from 10:00am to 12:00pm followed by a service at 1:00pm. Burial will be held at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Cincinnati, OH, at 1:15 pm.
