Charles Joseph Fernandez, a proud veteran who served in the United States Army, has sadly passed away at his residence. He was born on February 5, 1942, in Brooklyn, New York.
 
Known for his love of traveling the world and collecting stamps, Charles led a life filled with adventure and curiosity. His passion for exploring new places and cultures shone brightly through his hobby.
 
Charles will be fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him. Though he is no longer with us, his spirit lives on in the hearts of his surviving family and friends. He is reunited in peace with his parents, Manuel and Selma Fernandez.
 
A burial service will be held on March 8, 2024, at 10:00AM in Mother of God Cemetery in Covington, Kentucky. Family and friends will gather to bid farewell to a remarkable individual whose spirit will forever live on in our hearts.
