Ann L. Chamberlain

Ann L. Chamberlain, 95, formerly of Ludlow, KY, a beloved wife and mother, and cherished member of her community, passed away on July 5, 2025, at Arcadia Care Dayton, in Dayton, OH. Born on October 20, 1929, in Somerset, KY, she lived a life rich in Love, Laughter, and Devotion to her family.

The devotion she had for her family did not stop there; it spilled out into her neighborhood. She was a go to person, helping one and all. She was lovingly given the title of “Mayor of Laurel Street”, and she carried it proudly.

Throughout her life, Ann spent a great deal of time in the kitchen. She enjoyed cooking everything from your basic family dinner to the special order birthday spread. And it was not uncommon for one of her delicious dishes to wind up on a neighbor’s doorstep.

Ann always made sure to find time for crafting and sewing, which usually resulted in doll clothes for the granddaughters and items for church bazaars. Let’s not forget her love for dogs, be they real or stuffed ones that she could cuddle. And equally high on her list of fun things to do; cutting grass in the summer and shoveling snow in the winter. A woman of many talents.

Ann was a member of the Bromley Christian Church, and dedicated to her faith. Her greatest joys came from spending time with family , friends, neighbors and grandchildren. Her legacy lives on through those who were blessed to know her caring spirit and warm heart.

She is survived by her daughter Debra Anderson, three granddaughters and six great grandchildren. Ann was proceeded in death by her husband Harry B. Chamberlain, Son Harry R. Chamberlain (Spunky) and her parents Richard Ramsey and Margaret Tarter.

The visitation will take place on July 15,2025, from 11:00 AM to the hour of service at 1:00 PM at the Ronald B. Jones Funeral Home, 316 Elm St, Ludlow, KY 41016.

Interment at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, 3227 Dixie Hwy, Erlanger, KY 41018

Ann L. Chamberlain will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her, and her memory will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of her family and friends.
