Andy Gregory

Andy Gregory, 62, of Warsaw, a beloved son, brother, and friend, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 7, 2025, at Baptist Health Deaconess in Madisonville, Kentucky. Born on August 29, 1962, in Cincinnati, Ohio, Andy lived a life rich with love, laughter, and music.

From a young age, he brought joy to those around him with his passion for Bluegrass music. Andy had a special place in his heart for the banjo, and he cherished the moments spent listening to his brother play for him. Music was not just a hobby for Andy; it was a vibrant part of his identity that connected him to family and friends.

Andy faced life’s challenges with unwavering strength and a spirit that inspired those around him. He attended Redwood Health & Rehabilitation from the age of 12, where he formed lasting friendships and created memories that felt like a second home. His family expresses their profound gratitude to the staff for their unconditional support and exceptional care, acknowledging how pivotal they were in shaping Andy's life. We are reminded of Andy's joyous spirit and the profound impact he had on everyone fortunate enough to know him. His legacy will live on through the music he adored and the love he shared with family and friends.

He is survived by his loving parents, Lawrence and Betty Gregory of Warsaw, and his brother, Lawrence Randolph (Bonnie) Gregory, also of Warsaw. Andy was a cherished uncle to many nieces and nephews, who will always remember him for his warm heart and infectious smile.

In addition to his living family, Andy was preceded in death by his late sister, Regina Gregory (2013).

Visitation will be on Monday, July 14, 2025, from 11:00 AM until the hours of Service at 1:00 PM all at Ronald B. Jones Funeral Home, 316 Elm Street, Ludlow, KY.

Interment in Highland Cemetery, Ft. Mitchell.
