Claude W. Hellebush, 88, of Erlanger, passed away on Tuesday, February 24, 2021. Dear husband of Nancy Schultz Hellebush for 60 years.  Loving father of David Wayne Hellebush, deceased.  Loving brother of Gene Paul Hellebush, June Hellebush Phillips and William Earl Hellebush, all who predeceased him. Son of the late William “Sonny” Hellebush and Martha Hellebush.  He also leaves his kind and loving sister-in-law, Mary Maxine Hellebush; his extended family of nieces and nephews and many people he called “Angels” who were so kind to him and Nancy.  He also leaves his church family, co-workers, neighbors and friends.  Claude was a Marine Aircraft Mechanic stationed in Korea during the war.  It was that early experience which led to his many years as an Aircraft Mechanic with Delta Airlines.  Claude was a long time member and Deacon of the First Baptist Church of Covington.  He was a man of integrity and generosity and was dedicated to God, family, church and country.

Visitation is on Saturday, February 27, 2021 from 10:00 AM until the hour of Service at 12:00 PM all in Ronald B. Jones Funeral Home, 316 Elm Street, Ludlow.

Interment in Highland Cemetery.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the Northern Kentucky Salvation Army, 1806 Scott Blvd, Covington, KY 41014 or Home Hospice Care of St. Elizabeth, 483 S Loop Rd, Edgewood, KY 41017, who gave him outstanding care and kindness.
