She is survived by her mother, Chelsea Winters and father, Dennis Holmes, Jr. both of Erlanger; brother, Jaylyn Holmes of Erlanger; maternal grandparents, Ron and Sherry Winters; paternal grandparents, Susan Walker and Dennis Holmes, Sr.; maternal great grandfather, Noble Ross and paternal great grandmother, Shirley Phillips.
Services will be held in the chapel of Highland Cemetery, 2167 Dixie Highway, Ft. Mitchell, KY on September 6, 2014 at 11:00 AM Interment to follow.
