Raymond A. Anderson, 80, of Covington, passed away on Sunday, May 27, 2018 at his residence. He was a Marketing Executive for Liebel Flarsheim and Leblond Machine Tool company. Ray served our country in the U.S. Airforce. He was a member of Ludlow High School and Northern Kentucky Sports Hall of Fame. Ray was recognized as one of the best baseball pitchers in Northern Kentucky during the mid 1950’s. He was a member of Erlanger Christian Church after the closing of Ludlow Christian Church.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 53 years, Patsy Whitaker Anderson (2010).
Survivors include his son, Gregory (Sharice Lance) Anderson of Henderson, NV and granddaughter, Giada Giacomini.
Visitation is on Thursday, May 31, 2018 from 10:00 AM until the hour of Service at 12:00 PM all in Ronald B. Jones Funeral Home, 316 Elm Street, Ludlow, KY 41016.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society, 2808 Reading Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45206 or the American Diabetes Association, 4555 Lake Forest Dr # 396, Blue Ash, OH 45242 or the American Heart Association, 5211 Madison Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45227.
