Survivors include her loving daughter, Kim Steinborn of Ludlow; son, Jeff Creekmore of Ludlow; brothers, Steven and Rusty Whittington; sister, Sandy Whittington; grandchildren, Jeffrey Creekmore and Jamie Steinborn.
Family and friends are invited to graveside services on Thursday, August 24, 2017 at 10:00 AM in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North, Williamstown, KY.
