Terry Linville

Terry Linville, 64, of Covington, passed away on Friday, May 19, 2017 at Cincinnati Veterans Hospital. He worked in Hospitality at Holiday Inn.  Terry served our country in the U.S. Marines during the Vietnam War.  He was a member of St. Augustine Church in Covington.  He loved fishing, clogging and line dancing and he especially loved his family.  He was a true hero to his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  Terry loved helping those in need and bought many things for others. He was very involved in John G. Carlisle School.  The community thought of him as ‘grandpa’.

Survivors include his loving wife of 44 years, Linda Linville of Covington; sons, TJ, James and John Wayne (Shay) Linville; daughters, Shawna and Latasha Linville; brother, Jackie Linville; sisters, Linda Sizemore and Barb Lewis; 14 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

Terry was preceded in death by his son, Shawn Linville; brothers, Billy and Ronnie Linville and sisters, Annette Oaks and Lennie.

Family and friends are invited to the committal service on Thursday, May 25, 2017 at 2:00 PM in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North, Williamstown, KY.
