Billy Lee Haggard, 31, of Bromley, passed away on Saturday, February 11, 2017. He worked at KOI Pre-Cast Concrete in Burlington. Billy was an avid UK basketball fan. He played most sports during his time at Grant County High School.
Survivors include his father, Leo Haggard and step-mother, Alisha Haggard both of Bromley; mother, Diane Bledsoe of Grant County; brother, Anthony Price of Hamilton; and sister, Stephanie Haggard of Erlanger.
Visitation is on Thursday, February 16, 2017 from 5:00 PM to the hour of Service at 7:00 PM all in Ronald B. Jones Funeral Home, 316 Elm Street, Ludlow, KY 41016.
Cremation will follow the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Billy Lee Haggard Memorial Fund made payable to Ronald B. Jones Funeral Home.
