Julius "Jake" V. Beil

Julius “Jake” V. Beil, 83, of Fort Wright, passed away peacefully at his home on Monday, September 26, 2016. He was a distributor for Pepperidge Farm. Jake was a member of St. Agnes Church. He was a member of the Ludlow Sports Hall of Fame and the Northern Kentucky Sports Hall of Fame for his accomplishments on the basketball court and baseball diamond. Jake was an avid golfer and bowler, having hit a hole-in-one and bowled a perfect game.

Jake is preceded in death by his loving wife, Barbara Beil; brother, Paul Beil and

sister, Betty Johnson

Survivors include his sons, Jake (Andrea) Beil of Crestview Hills, Steve (Jill) Beil of Covington, Christopher Beil of Fort Wright; daughters, Mary Beth (Tony) Endres of Crestview Hills, Pamela Brown of Independence; 13 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

Visitation will be Friday, September 30, 2016 from 10:00 AM until the hour of Catholic Blessing at 12:00 Noon all in Ronald B. Jones Funeral Home. 316 Elm Street Ludlow, Kentucky 41016.

Entombment is in Highland Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to The Ludlow High School Foundation Fund. 515 Elm Street, Ludlow, Kentucky 41016.
